The BCF team Racks and Sacks (Cassie, Mattie, Whitney, Charlie, Cole, Kevin) tackle the Ball and Chain workout in the Boise Fitness League. Their last competition day for the Fall season is this Saturday starting at 9am at Settlers Park in Meridian. They are overall in 3rd and not far behind the 2nd place team. After the bring a friend workout on Saturday stop by and cheer on the team!
